Trick To Clean Pins Of Physical Memory ( RAM ) From Dirt

The cause of computer errors can be variative, one of them could be caused by dirty pins of physical RAM (Random Access Memory) which causing the imperfect connections between pins and terminals in the computer mainboard .
Dirty on pins memory  can make computers work slowly, often hangs, or  computer even die at all.

The creative way and simple,  but have  a good result  is by using an eraser ( rubber ) of your stationery.
Use an eraser  as used when deleting the words on paper, until the pin surface is really clean.

Cleaning memory pins using the rubber eraser

Also clean the remains of rubber is produced when cleaning.

About  Random Access Memory

Is a data storage device for which the order of access to different locations does not affect the speed of access. This is in contrast to, say, a magnetic disk, magnetic tape or a mercury delay line where it is very much quicker to access data sequentially because accessing a non-sequential location requires physical movement of the storage medium rather than just electronic switching.

The most common form of RAM in use today is built from semiconductor integrated circuits, which can be either static (SRAM) or dynamic (DRAM). In the 1970s magnetic core memory was used. RAM is still referred to as core by some old-timers.

The term "RAM" has gained the additional meaning of read-write. Most kinds of semiconductor read-only memory (ROM) are actually "random access" in the above sense but are never referred to as RAM. Furthermore, memory referred to as RAM can usually be read and written equally quickly (approximately), in contrast to the various kinds of programmable read-only memory. Finally, RAM is usually volatile though non-volatile random-access memory is also used.

Interestingly, some DRAM devices are not truly random access because various kinds of "page mode" or "column mode" mean that sequential access is faster than random access.

How to Switch On ATX Power Supply Without Mainboard

Each computer must have a power supply in it. Desktop computers  nowadays normally use power supply ATX (Advanced Technology Extended).

ATX power supply can also be used outside the CPU casing, for example due to the addition of hard drives, CD / DVD drive, or other peripherals, (because the internal power is not enough or the connector is used up.)

For those of you who understand the electronic power supply can also be used for electronic equipment or to experiment, because the power supply uses a switching system has a higher power capacity, more efficiently than with a power supply that uses transformator.
Output DC (direct current) from the power supply is 0V (common) +3.3 V +5 V +12 V-5V and-12V.

When input has been given the voltage AC (110/220V), power supply is still dead / not be immediately life (work), To turn it on, GREEN colored wires should be connected to one of the cables is colored BLACK.

• Prepare the ATX power supply
• Prepare equipment: scissors / cutters, insulation.
• For safety, make sure unplug the power cord from electrical outlet (AC)
• Find the green wire, cut and peel at the tip
• Cut and peel also one of the black wires (there are many black wires, we need one)
• Combine both end of the cables, by twisted (rotated), make sure connected properly.
• Give the isolation

I have installed Windows 7 & Xp. Now I want to reinstall XP, but I don't want it to kill the boot manager.

Personally you should use Easy BCD Software(It required Net Framework 2.0).

You would install XP then recover Windows 7 with the "recovery disc". Then run Easy BCD in XP to reset the Windows 7 boot manager.
